A 75-Calorie Delicious Snack

Are you starving by lunch and dinnertime? Try eating an apple before each meal. At 75 to 115 calories or so each, they're a low-cal snack that's full of nutrients like beta carotene and vitamin C, plus about four grams of fiber to tide you over until mealtime. Fuji, Cortland, Pink Lady and Golden Delicious are just a few of the many varieties. Make it a goal to try as many kinds as you can and figure out your favorite.
